With extensive automotive experience Sally brings understanding from both the OEM and network perspectives.
Her leadership experience covers 20 years & includes board level OEM roles such as Network Development and Quality Director (PSA UK), Parts and Service Director (Citroen UK) and Head of Parts and Service (Honda UK).
Since leaving the OEM world, Sally has been developing her retailer expertise, first as a Non-Executive Director, & more recently in the role of Managing Director of Corkills Motor Group. She has also provided ad-hoc automotive consultancy across the world.
With an MA in coaching and mentoring, Sally has created a proven approach to work with leaders to develop the right culture to deliver sustainable business success. She is a member of the Association for Coaching & operates as a Trustee for two UK charities.
Having never experienced this style of support before, I was unsure what to expect and the outcome that could be achieved, however, after my first session (and subsequent sessions) I was impressed with how at ease I felt.Sally’s technique has allowed me to think in an alternative way than perhaps I would have previously and has been a great benefit moving forward within the work environment.
